About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative looking for a flexible work opportunity to join our team. This casual role offers the opportunity to develop your sales skills and contribute to our growing business.

You will engage with our potential client base in the kindergarten/daycare sector, offering a trial to showcase our unique program and nurture this opportunity to convert into an ongoing program provided by the centres. You will be expected to achieved the agreed sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

This is a 10 hours per week position which is home office based.

Key Responsibilities

· Grow the client base by securing new opportunities that align with our brand values

· Achieving this through offering a trial event showcasing our services that which will lead into an ongoing program

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing and operations

· Oversee the required communications and maintain a detailed record of conversations and deliverables

· Monitor performance, gather feedback and produce reports to support ongoing strategy

About You

You will be a confident sales person who is an accomplished communicator with a proven ability to build and manage relationships. This will be combined with a commercial mindset and strategic approach that will ensure that you are comfortable in delivering the agreed outcomes that will contribute to our growing business.
