Position Title: Sales Product Consultant
Employment Type: Casual – 2 days per week
Location: Ideally based around Burleigh Heads to efficiently service the South Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Northern NSW region
Reporting To: Estate Sales Manager
Award Classification: Commercial Traveller / Advertising Sales Representative Award
Remuneration: $34.08 per hour + 11.5% super + performance-based bonus + ATO-approved car allowance

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Sales Product Consultant to represent a portfolio of leading natural health brands in a dynamic field-based role. What You’ll Be Doing

As our Sales Product Consultant, you’ll be the face of our brand across health stores, pharmacies, and specialty retailers in your region. You will work hands-on with retail teams to:

Conduct regular in-store visits and check-ins across your designated region

Build strong, lasting relationships with store owners, managers, and staff

Educate retail teams on product features, benefits, and brand stories

Ensure high merchandising standards and strong shelf presence

Support in-store tastings, promotions, and seasonal campaigns

Provide regular reporting on store visits, opportunities, and competitor activity

Achieve set KPIs and contribute to team sales targets

Who You Are

We’re seeking someone who is:

A confident communicator and relationship-builder

Comfortable presenting and delivering training at store level

You know how to close a sale and turn a ‘no’ into a confident ‘yes’ through genuine connection and product knowledge

Experience in sales, retail, or the health & wellness industry is a plus, but not essential. What matters most is your genuine passion for natural health and wellness.

Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule effectively

A licensed driver with reliable transport
