What we’re looking for:
We are searching for a driven, enthusiastic individual who embodies the following:

Resilient, with the ability to stay focused and upbeat under pressure.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Excellent communication skills—both in person and over the phone.
Confident and comfortable on camera for social media content.
Tech-savvy and confident using social media platforms and computer systems.
Previous fitness industry experience or sales experience is a bonus but not essential.
Reasonable available to work across Monday to Saturday, with Flexibility around key sales period.
25 hours per week for the right candidate.
About the Role:
This causal opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about health, growth and helping others. Responsibilities include:
Contacting prospective members via phone, SMS, email, and social media.
Handling inbound enquiries and converting them into memberships.
Conducting engaging club tours that showcase tour community and facilities.
Supporting daily operations and helping keep the gym running smoothly.
Collaborating with the team to hit and exceed sales targets.
Engaging with members to support retention and deliver great service.
Participating in content creation for social media.
Helping with admin and organisational tasks as needed.
You'll work in a supportive, fun and high-energy team environment. Hourly rate + commissions $$$ + Super.
