About the role
Inxpress Campbelltown is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Development / Sales professional to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote based WFH role. In this key role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers.
What you'll be doing
Identifying and pursuing new business leads through various communication channels such as phone calls, prospecting, networking and leveraging your industry contacts
Present tailored solutions and proposals to secure new business
Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all clients
Accurately tracking sales activity and performance in our CRM system
Contributing to the overall growth and success of the Inxpress Campbelltown
What we're looking for
Sales experience preferably within the freight, transport, courier industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
