As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to support our growing team and help drive organizational success.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee and lead all HR functions, support our strategic goals, and foster a positive and productive work environment across our locations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with business goals.
Oversee the whole employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, development, and offboarding.
Provide expert advice and support to managers and staff on a wide range of human resources (HR) matters.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture that reflects our company values.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with the leadership team to deliver HR initiatives that support business growth and transformation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and workplace regulations.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably including experience in companies with more than 50 employees
Proven track record in designing and implementing effective HR strategies and programs
Proficient in HR data analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
Salary and Benefits
Annual Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 + Superannuation
