The role

My client is an established Insurance Builder who have a strong presence nationally. With a focus on maintaining a competitive edge, their market share is increasing. They are looking for an Estimator/Supervisor to join their team in Adelaide. You will handle insurance work rectifying damage to houses and commercial premises.

- Work in various Adelaide locations
- Estimate repairs, and produce accurate scopes of work
- Arrange trades and manage subcontractors accordingly
- Site Supervise works to completion

About you

You will be hardworking and flexible as you understand insurance building workloads can fluctuate unpredictably. You will have a thorough understanding of construction. The ideal candidate will have:

- A trade background with carpentry preferred (others will be considered)
- Australian insurance building experience
- Ability to manage multiple trades on multiple sites
- Able to use handheld devices to coordinate works
