With a strong reputation in New South Wales, we are expanding into South Australia, beginning with our brand-new, 94-place service in Elizabeth Downs, set to open in July/August 2025.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead this exciting new service. As the Nominated Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the successful opening and day-to-day operations of our Elizabeth Downs centre, helping to establish a high-quality early learning environment from day one.

This is more than just a Centre Director role – it is also a chance to step into a future Area Manager position as we open more centres across South Australia.

About you:

• ACECQA Approved Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Experience with staff development & leadership, experience in a similar role advantageous
• Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS), ability to develop a QIP
• Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
• Strong computer skills
• Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
• Current Working with Children Check
