Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proven experience managing a team.

A practical mindset, a love of collaboration, and a can-do attitude.

Passion for our mission and a commitment to equality, empowerment, and professionalism.

Current Drivers Licence.

The following skills are also desirable (but not essential):

Familiarity with CRM and database systems (ideally Salesforce).

Previous experience managing volunteers.

Previous experience working with or providing services to vulnerable, disadvantaged and CALD communities.

Interest in fashion and styling, plus sustainability and circular economy.

The successful candidate will be required to hold a current NSW Working with Children Check and unrestricted rights to work in Australia. An Australian Police Check is also required before offer of employment.

What you will enjoy:

Make a meaningful impact – Your work will directly support and empower women, creating real change in their lives and communities.

Join a passionate, purpose-driven team – Be part of a supportive, values-led organisation where collaboration and care are at the heart of what we do.

Attractive total salary package – $100,785 (pro rata) plus superannuation and 17.5% leave loading, recognising your time and commitment.

Maximise your take-home pay – Access generous NFP salary packaging benefits, including up to $15,900 tax-free, plus a meals and entertainment card to boost everyday savings.
