About the role

Xenex Systems have a new Business Development Manager role located at Osborne Park. The candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and sales growth for the company. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a critical part in expanding Xenex Systems' footprint within the local sales market.

What you'll be doing

Cold calling and generating new leads

Pursuing new sales leads and opportunities to grow the customer base

Generating and maintaining a CRM with opportunities

Building and maintaining strong relationships with new clients (and potentially existing)

Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

Providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients

Representing Xenex Systems' at industry events and networking functions

Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new business avenues

What we're looking for

Proven track record in new business development, preferably within the sales industry

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships

Demonstrable negotiation and closing skills to secure new business

Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the local sales market

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
