About the Role:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Business Development Manager (BDM) will lead the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives aimed at driving business growth in the civil and mining sectors. This position calls for a proactive professional capable of identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and strengthening the company’s market position.

We are looking for someone who has experience in the following:

• Proven track record in sales (from start to finish), business development, or account management within the civil or mining industry – ideally familiar with Earthworks or Road Construction
• Experienced in running tender evaluation meetings
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel to regional and remote sites for client meetings and industry events as needed.
• Have a reasonable commercial and contractual awareness
