At Elia we are a diverse team of 8. We are based in 2 locations; The showroom is in Lane Cove and our warehouse is located in Smithfield. We are currently looking to fill an exciting role for a Sales person in our stunning Lane Cove showroom. Here, you will be supported by the entire team to make your role and day to day tasks run nice and smoothly.
Our overall aim is to create a space for our clients which suits their life and style. Customer service is at the heart of what we do.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing product information.
Product Demonstration: Showcasing products, highlighting features, and explaining benefits.
Sales Closing: Guiding customers through the sales process, processing transactions, and achieving sales targets.
Building Relationships: Developing rapport with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Merchandising: Maintaining the showroom appearance, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented.
Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on product features, benefits, and pricing.
Skills and Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with customers and colleagues.
Sales Skills: Ability to close sales, negotiate, and handle customer objections.
Product Knowledge: Understanding the products being sold and their applications.
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service and building relationships.
Organizational Skills: Managing time, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in transactions, order processing, and product presentation.
