About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Manager and BDM leading our Property Management division. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

· Manage a portfolio of properties with confidence and expertise

· Build strong, long-lasting relationships with owners and tenants

· Working with new business leads to help grow our portfolio

· Handle lease renewals, maintenance coordination, and property inspections

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices

· Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile, even in high-pressure situations

About You:

Ideally, you will have:

· Experience in Property Management

· Current Queensland Real Estate Registration.

· Impeccable presentation standards.

· Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to foster great relationships

· Exceptional communication, customer service, and time management skills
