The Role
A State Government Agency is seeking a HR Consultant (VPS4 ) to join their team on an initial 6-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension. This role will support the delivery of operational workforce services and contribute to a variety of strategic and HR project-based initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely, practical HR and workforce advice to business units
- Support the delivery of HR initiatives such as workforce planning, mobility programs, and change processes
- Draft written materials including communications, briefs, and documentation to support HR programs
- Analyse workforce data to inform planning and monitor progress
About You
- HR generalist background with experience across workforce planning, recruitment, or change projects
- Proven stakeholder management and advisory skills
- Highly organised with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Government or public sector experience preferred
