About the Role

Our client is seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants to join their high-performing internal recruitment team. There are multiple opportunities available one supporting academic portfolios and another aligned with professional services recruitment across corporate and C-suite functions such as IT, marketing, finance, and HR. These roles offer a blend of recruitment coordination and talent partnering, working closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes across a range of portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of both advertised and non-advertised recruitment activities
• Conduct role briefings and liaise with hiring managers
• Draft position descriptions (PDs) and job advertisements
• Perform candidate longlisting and screening including CV reviews and phone interviews
• Coordinate shortlisting and interview logistics with selection panels
• Support offer negotiations and employment contract production
• Conduct targeted sourcing where required

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience as a recruitment specialist or talent acquisition professional, ideally in high-volume environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities simultaneously
• Experience within the education or public sector (desirable but not essential)
• A valid Working With Children Check is required for this role
