About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and confident HR Generalist to take ownership of day-to-day HR operations and support key initiatives across the employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is looking to contribute to everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, compliance, and HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, changes, and offboarding
• Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS
• Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and engagement activities
• Provide generalist HR support and advice to managers and employees
• Draft and manage HR documentation such as contracts, variation letters, and reports
• Support HR initiatives such as enterprise agreements, salary reviews, and HRIS implementation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment legislation
• Collaborate with payroll and other departments to ensure seamless HR operations
• Take initiative in managing priorities and delegating tasks when required

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or currently studying (preferred)
• 2–5 years’ experience in a broad HR Generalist role
• Previous experience in a standalone HR role or confidence to operate independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across teams
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• A proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
