Reporting to the recently appointed HR Manager, you’ll provide hands-on generalist support, including:

• Reviewing and improving HR systems and processes
• Responding to employee queries related to entitlements, systems and people matters
• Supporting process improvements across onboarding, performance, and more

You'll be joining a small, collaborative HR team and working across a broad employee group making a real difference in the community.

Please note this role is located in Sunbury and would require to be in the office 3-4 days a week for the 3 month period.
