Role

HR Advisor - 4 month contract with an immediate start available - Must have used Workday and be available to start in the next few weeks.

Higher than average salary on offer with a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 from home

Qualifications & experience

3-5 years of HR generalist and advisory experience within a fast-paced corporate business.

Experience using Workday.

Previous experience supporting organisation change and redundancies

Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team

Strong understanding of employee lifecycle – including employee contracts, termination, organisation management and workforce change (solid understanding of Fair Work)

Previous experience drafting contracts and working with policies,

High attention to detail, strong communication skills and problem solving.

Tasks & responsibilities

Work in a large HR function and support an impressive People Team Leader with administration support.

Drafting new contracts and actioning termination requests

Coach leaders on their people matters by providing recommendations and options on how to manage issues.

Support leaders with probation matters, performance or conduct matters, complex policy or EBA interpretation, remuneration, wellbeing concerns, interpersonal conflict within the team.
