Due to ongoing growth, the firm is now seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Paralegal to join its dynamic Workers' Compensation team in Perth.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage appointments, mediations, settlement conferences, and hearing preparation
- Draft accurate and professional correspondence to clients and third parties
- Prepare WC matter briefs, medical chronologies, and settlement documentation
- Maintain and update client files, incoming correspondence, and court deadlines
- Assist with monthly billing, trust authorisations, and matter closures
- Provide high-level administrative support to fee earners across the WC practice group
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
- 5+ years' experience in Personal Injury, ideally with a focus on Workers' Compensation
- Excellent attention to detail and strong document preparation skills
- Ability to work independently, managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems
- Familiarity with workers' compensation processes, terminology, and legislation
