Key Responsibilities Include:

• Manage appointments, mediations, settlement conferences, and hearing preparation
• Draft accurate and professional correspondence to clients and third parties
• Prepare WC matter briefs, medical chronologies, and settlement documentation
• Maintain and update client files, incoming correspondence, and court deadlines
• Assist with monthly billing, trust authorisations, and matter closures
• Provide high-level administrative support to fee earners across the WC practice group

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• 5+ years' experience in Personal Injury, ideally with a focus on Workers' Compensation
• Excellent attention to detail and strong document preparation skills
• Ability to work independently, managing competing priorities and deadlines
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems
• Familiarity with workers' compensation processes, terminology, and legislation
