Are you an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in property law?

About the Role
We are seeking a Paralegal with demonstrated experience in property to support a busy team, supporting one conveyancer and lawyers.

In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including preparing and lodging legal documentation, managing lodgements, and working closely with solicitors to ensure deadlines are met and matters are handled smoothly.

This position is offered on a full-time basis, with flexibility for four days a week or adjusted hours each day to suit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and lodge Landgate documents
• Lodge documents at RevenueWA for Transfer Duty assessments
• Conveyancing tasks when required
• Provide general paralegal support to the legal team as required

About You

• Prior experience working as a Paralegal in property law is essential
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
