We’re currently looking for a Senior Physiotherapist to take on an existing, diverse caseload including:

Musculoskeletal injuries (acute & chronic)

Chronic pain conditions

Hypermobility

Clinical Pilates (individual & group sessions)

This is a full-time, senior clinical role with a balance of autonomy, mentorship opportunities, and ongoing professional development. You’ll work alongside a team that values innovation, integrity, and leadership in patient care.

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care

Creating clear, structured management plans for clients

Mentoring junior physios and supervising students

Collaborating with a strong network of referrers and health professionals

Contributing to clinical systems, team development, and client experience

Engaging in regular CPD and professional growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 4+ years experience in private practice or a similar setting

Current AHPRA registration and professional insurance

Clinical Pilates training and experience

Confidence managing complex cases including hypermobility and chronic pain

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Strong leadership skills
