Office Admin Assistant – List Lover & Tradie Wrangler Wanted!
Join our friendly plumbing crew and help keep the chaos at bay while we keep the pipes at play!
We’re on the lookout for a self-motivated admin superstar who thrives on ticking boxes, loves a tidy inbox, and gets a weird amount of satisfaction from chasing up receipts (yep, you’re our kind of person already).
This is a part-time role (12 hours/week) across preferably 3 days, with a $30–$35/hr pay rate depending on experience. The role will start in the office, with work-from-home options available once you're confidently up to speed.
What you’ll be doing:
Keeping our bookkeeping tidy (receipts, invoices, and Xero in control)
Following up clients and tradies with friendly persistence
Managing emails and updating job info in ServiceM8
Answering phones and supporting the team with general admin
Staying on top of follow-ups and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
You’ll shine in this role if you:
Are detail-obsessed and love ticking things off
Communicate kindly but clearly (especially with forgetful tradies 😅)
Are tech-comfortable (ServiceM8 & Xero experience = big win!)
Can work independently but aren’t afraid to ask questions
Love keeping things organised and systems flowing
Are proactive—you spot what needs doing without being asked
Work at a fast pace while keeping a high standard
Enjoy being part of a team where your contribution is valued
