The Office Assistant is responsible for performing various clerical
tasks to support the smooth operation of the office environment.
You will provide support to the workshop team.
This role requires an organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
individual who can effectively handle multiple tasks,
and priorities.
The Office Assistant will ensure seamless
operations, maintain effective communication, and maximise
productivity in a fast-paced construction environment.
Qualification/Experience:
▪ Proven experience as an Office Assistant, preferably in
the construction industry.
▪ Excellent organisational abilities.
▪ Proficiency in using office software and systems, including
MS Office Suite.
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact
positively with all levels of the workforce, operation staff
and management.
2 days per week with the possibility of increasing to 3 days.
