Part-Time | 30 hours per week | Based in Gaythorne, QLD
Hours: (9:00am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday) In-office during training and probation period, with the option to transition to hybrid work 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.
Key Responsibilities
Manage CRM email lists and RSVP data for events
Distribute eNews and event communications through the CRM
Generate CRM reports and support insurance renewal processes
Maintain and update website content and member profile directories
Provide professional phone and email communication with members and prospective attendees
Upload content to our online member library
Follow up with prospective members and event attendees via email and phone
Provide general administrative support to the team as required
Skills & Experience Required:
Confident using Microsoft 365 applications – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management
Experience working across multiple platforms or switching between systems
Friendly, team-oriented mindset; comfortable working in a small, supportive team
General IT literacy and troubleshooting skills
High-level accuracy and attention to detail
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Professional phone and email communication skills
Strong ability to manage and meet deadlines, including overlapping priorities
Strong record-keeping and data entry accuracy
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platform to manage member data and communication workflows
Familiarity with Higher Logic or other community/membership engagement tools.
Experience working with website content management systems (CMS)
Previous experience working in a membership-based organisation with insight into the member lifecycle, and data segmentation
