The Opportunity:
Due to our continued expansion, an exciting opportunity has become available for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team. This is a role for someone who loves bringing order to chaos and thrives on keeping everything (and everyone) in check through administration support. Working 19 hours per week (0.5 FTE) with flexible arrangements.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and the initiative to handle tasks efficiently without constant supervision.
They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, possess a proactive attitude, and be able to adjust quickly to new challenges or changing work requirements.

Must haves:
- A proactive and helpful personality.
- Positive and solution-oriented attitude with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Have a service-minded approach to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities and work demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to take on new tasks, roles or help team members as needed.
Although not required, any experience in the following will be highly regarded
- Simpro experience
- Experience in the trade-service / construction industry.
Duties:
- Perform various general administrative tasks.
- Offer administrative assistance to the management team.
- Communicate and coordinate with tradesmen.
- Provide support to the Director as needed.
- Prepare and complete Subcontractor packs.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Services Team.
- Manage and update office records, files, and databases.
- Raise Work Orders and Purchase Orders & process for payment.
- Complete required Building Industry forms.

Remuneration:
Base Options:
- Permanent Part-Time: $29,640 - $32,367 + 12% Superannuation
- Contract/Casual Rate: $35.45 - $38.71 per hour (+ 12% Superannuation)
Flexible Arrangements:
- 19 hours per week (0.5 FTE)
- Choice of payment structure to suit your circumstances
