About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our dynamic team at Solutions Plus Partnership Pty Ltd (Solutions+) in Adelaide, SA. This part-time role will involve handling a range of accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities to support the smooth operation of our business.

What you'll be doing

Processing and reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable

Assisting with general accounting duties

Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards

Preparing and analysing financial reports and statements

Collaborating with the finance team to identify areas for process improvement

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in an accounts officer or similar role

Strong proficiency with accounting software and MS Office suite

Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting or bookkeeping
