We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our small and friendly office. This part-time role is ideal for someone seeking flexibility, particularly during school hours.
Key Responsibilities
Process invoices using MYOB and electronic invoicing systems
Communicate professionally with contacts in the grocery industry
Liaise with transport and logistics providers
Answer incoming phone calls and manage email correspondence
Perform general administrative duties, including document handling and data entry
Use Microsoft Word and Excel with accuracy and confidence
Learn and apply our internal systems for grocery and transport management (training provided)
After training, be able to work independently in the office one day per week
About You
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with computers and experienced in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Proactive and eager to learn
Experience with MYOB or similar accounting software is preferred
