Our client, a long established National manufacturer is looking for a customer service specialist to join their team in Dandenong.
In this position, you will be an integral part of this office with a manufacturing site;
Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Sales Enquiries and Support
• Escalating Complex Issues
• Processing Orders, Data Entry and Credits
• Sales and Credit Reporting
• Managing All Customer Accounts
• Process Improvement

To ensure success in the position we are looking for someone with;

• Previous customer service experience ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
