About The Team
The Office of Quality and Standards at Murdoch University provides central services to ensure quality and compliance, develop educational policy, and manage curriculum and student integrity. Our team also maintains academic quality, compliance with policies and regulations, and enhances quality and compliance processes and data quality. Additionally, we lead strategic programs aligned with the University's vision, driving continuous improvement.
Our dynamic Curriculum Quality and Management team supports the University's curriculum management and governance functions and maintains the University's curriculum management system.
Your New Role!
As the Curriculum Management Coordinator in the Curriculum Quality and Management team, you will provide support to academic areas for academic functions regarding curriculum development, quality and standards, course viability and student progression.
Your key duties:
- Contribute to the planning, design and execution of curriculum projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are identified and met in an effective manner.
- Facilitate effective two-way communication between Schools and the Quality and Standards Office to coordinate and enable integration of curriculum management, reporting and review processes in a consistent, effective and efficient manner.
- Deliver processes in support of the curriculum management function, including contributing support and advice to all aspect of curriculum portfolio planning, documenting curriculum for approval and secretarial support to committees reviewing curriculum changes.

This Continuous| Full Time (37.5 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $87K - $105K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.

What you'll bring to the role:
- A tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Experience in the successful delivery of curriculum management tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and deliver high-quality service in a collaborative environment. Understanding and experience of the quality and regulatory environment in Australian Higher Education and of systems and processed to assure quality and standards in learning and teaching
- Knowledge of good practices, developments and trends in Higher Education learning and teaching (including international) and an ability to analyse both qualitative and quantitative evidence of learning and teaching quality.
- Experience developing and preparing written documentation required for the establishment, maintenance and service of committees and governance processes.
