We're working with a long-standing client in the resources space who is looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join their collaborative team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who's confident handling end-to-end payroll in a high-volume environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative, down-to-earth finance team. While full-time is ideal, the client is open to a 4-day work week for the right person.

Role:

• Processing weekly and fortnightly payrolls across a variety of sites and EAs
• Maintaining accurate employee records and payroll data
• Assisting with reporting and payroll compliance tasks
• Supporting new starter setups and processing exits

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a high-volume payroll position (end-to-end is a must)
• Solid understanding of payroll legislation and best practice
• Strong attention to detail and good time management
• Confident communicator who can work well with different stakeholders
• Experience with MYOB PayGlobal is a bonus - not essential
