Full Circle is a bold new telemarketing company that partners with purpose-led charities across Australia. We sell advertising space in charity-supported magazines to businesses that want to do good—and look good doing it.

Right now, we're looking for a founding sales professional—someone experienced, hungry, and ready to help shape the future of the company.
What Makes This Role Different
Pilot Phase (First 1–2 Months):
🔥 Earn 100% of the sales you bring in. No caps. No splits. No catch.
🧠 Work directly with the founder to refine scripts, test rebuttals, and help design the call process within the CRM.
Team-Building Phase (2–4 Months):
👥 Transition to a base retainer + commission model, while continuing to sell and train your first 2–4 junior reps.
🎯 Goal: build a team of 8–10 reps per leader.
🧭 This is where you step into a team leader role.
Team Leader Phase (Ongoing):
🏆 With a full team in place, you’ll become a full-time team leader, earning a larger base + team performance commissions, plus commissions on your own sales if you choose.
Senior Management Phase (for the right person only):
💼 For top performers, this evolves into a senior leadership role with profit share.
You’ll replace yourself as team leader, then recruit and develop additional team leaders and reps, building out multiple teams.
📈 You’ll manage all team leaders, oversee the broader sales structure, report directly to the founder, and help scale the business nationally.
What You’ll Love
Gold Coast (Office-Based)
Family-friendly hours: 9am–3pm Mon–Thu, 9am–1pm Fridays – perfect for school drop-off and pick-up
Start with 100% commission on your own sales, then progress to a base salary plus commission, with added team bonuses and potential company profit share (for the right person) as the team grows.

✅ You Are
A proven high performing phone salesperson with cold calling experience and strong closing skills
Comfortable working independently in the early stages and growing into leadership
Motivated by performance, culture, and purpose—not just a paycheck
Based on the Gold Coast (or nearby) and ready to work from our office
Excited by the idea of getting in early and helping scale a business from scratch
