They strive to have one of the best on boarding programmes for staff and they have an excellent career path for any new employee. With offices listed within NSW and QLD and large number of regional offices the business boasts its ability to cover a wide variety of areas in the countryside. They have a strong Service, parts, used equipment and rental department that allows the business to cover all areas of the construction market. You will not find a larger Earthmoving dealer in Australia with such a large product and service offering.

Job Opportunity -

This role will see you building a strong career direction within 3x Major areas

· 2x - Toowoomba QLD

· 1x - Sunshine Coast

· 1x - Tamworth NSW

You’re going to be targeting all the major customers. Your focus is target companies like this and actively sell them large earthmoving equipment. You will be selling equipment ranging from 7 tonne to 73 tonne. Each machine requires and in-depth sales process and you need to be able to sell up the advantages and positive of the business and machine itself. You have

· Excavators

· Wheel Loaders

· Graders

· Rollers

· Skid Steers

· Mowers, Mulchers, Hammers, Buckets, Augers

· Articulated dump Tracks

· Material Handlers

· Site dumpers

· Tractors

· Tele Handlers

You need to have a passion for SALES but also have the technical capability to provide a demonstration to key customers. This role is going to see you cover a large territories as mentioned above and your office will be your car. You will work from a home office, Sales planning and call cycles along with customer call backs will be daily routine.

Candidate Requirements –

You need to have thick skin, take knock backs, strive to be the best and really push every day, This role is certainly challenging and it’s not going to be easy but the rewards are exceptional. The management team look after its staff and you be rewarded heavily through your motivation and results that you bring into the business. You’re also going to be given huge training and full support from the sales team.

Territory –

· 2x - Toowoomba QLD

· 1x - Sunshine Coast

· 1x - Tamworth NSW

Key Attributes –

• 3 + Years in Sales of earthmoving equipment or attachments

• Contacts within building construction or key contractors

• Winning Attitude

• Highly competitive in sales

Salary Package –

My client is wanting someone that can prove themselves and enjoys making $$$. This is a true sales role that we will see you or can see you making very commissions but you need to back yourself to make this happen.

· Base Salary $85,000 to $95,000

· Fully Maintained Company 4WD

· Fuel Card

· Uncapped Commission Structure $80,000 to $150,000 On top of your Base

· Superannuation – 12%

· Laptop & IPhone

You will be put through a 5 day training course then shown the ropes by one of the other Sales Reps, and then you will be mentored by the national Sales Manager if you require his help. If you are a team player and competitive in sales then this role is for you.
