This role offers a negotiable 18 hours per week plus alternating Saturdays, with flexibility and room for growth. Qualifications & experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Xero.

Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.

Solid administration experience and computer literacy.

Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools, with a keen eye for detail.

Strong team player who can also work independently.

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Thrive in a lively and dynamic work environment.

Tasks & responsibilities

Efficiently manage daily office operations.

Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly approach, including handling aftercare questions and follow-up calls.

Use your creativity with Canva or similar applications to design engaging marketing materials.

Read and interpret architectural plans and manage quotes with skill using Xero.

Collaborate with team members, contributing positively to the workplace atmosphere.
