About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Service Officer to join our team at Advanced Hearing Solutions in Wollongong, NSW. This is a part-time role, offering the flexibility to balance your work and personal life.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, both in-person and over the phone

Assisting with appointment scheduling and booking

Maintaining accurate client records and updating customer information

Handling general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the clinic

Proactively identifying and addressing client needs

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a consistently high level of service

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Proficiency in using computer systems and software

A genuine passion for helping people and making a positive difference
