Client Services Officer – Boutique Mortgage & Finance Brokerage

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Client Services Officer to join our growing team. This is a key role supporting both the client experience and the operational heart of the business, ensuring every loan journey runs smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Communications

Welcome and onboard clients with professionalism and warmth

Liaise with clients and lenders to coordinate settlements

Organise client reviews and post-settlement follow ups

Keep clients informed and supported throughout the entire loan process

Broker Support & Loan Processing

Manage information gathering, follow-ups, and data entry into our CRM (Infynity)

Ensure all client documents are filed accurately in SharePoint

Assisting brokers in day to day operations

Compliance Administration

Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance documentation (e.g. SOCA, credit consents, ID, income verification, liability statements)

Manage broker CPD tracking and memberships (AFCA, FBAA, ASIC)

Ensure internal records meet regulatory requirements

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Are confident communicating with clients and lenders professionally

Understand the mortgage process (experience in a brokerage or finance admin role is a plus but not essential)

Are proactive, adaptable, and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes

Have experience with digital platforms like the Microsoft Office suite and/or Infynity (or are keen to learn)

Value working in a supportive, flexible, and client-first environment
