The Role

We’re seeking a reliable and hands-on Leading Hand / Site Foreman to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of our remedial building projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on problem-solving, has strong organisational skills, and isn’t afraid to get involved on the tools when needed.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience (4+ years) in remedial building – Essential

White Card (WHS Construction) – Essential

Full Australian working rights – Essential

A great attitude: reliable, honest, motivated and passionate about building

Strong communication skills and ability to provide project updates to management

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team

Drivers Licence - Essential

➕ Trade qualification (e.g. Carpenter, Bricklayer, Waterproofer) – Highly Regarded but not essential
