Site Foreman / Site Supervisor – TAFE / Schools Projects etc in Southwest Sydney

Site Foreman / Site Supervisor required for upcoming TAFE / School refurbishments and new build projects in Southwest Sydney. Permanent role.

Our client is a highly regarded Mid-Tier Commercial / Industrial Builder who have been in business for over twenty years.

They are a young team of Construction Management professionals – based in the Blacktown area – and have earned a reputation for delivering Educational based projects in the value range of $200k to $10m in the throughout Sydney – both refurbishment and new build.

They have recently secured several new projects in the West / Southwest Corridor of Sydney
(EG Camden valley / Campbelltown area).

To assist with project delivery the now have a need for an experienced Site Foreman / Site Manager/ Site Supervisor who can deliver projects such as the above in a collaborative manner with all parties.

Reporting to a visiting Project Manager, the person we are looking for will have:

1. Unrestricted Work Rights in Australia.
2. At least three to five years’ experience with a Commercial /Industrial builder - preferably on schools or related projects.
3. Outstanding Oral and written communication skills.
4. Outstanding safety record.
5. Trade background preferred.
6. Checkable references.
7. Current First Aid Certificate.
8. Current permits – e.g. working with children / police etc.
9. Ability to meet strict deadlines.
10. Own transport and tools essential
11. Experience with Hammertech / Procore etc would be a big plus.
