SENIOR SITE MANAGER | FLAGSHIP LUXURY RESIDENTIAL PROJECT
Salary: $180k–$200k + Super
Start: Immediate or Negotiable

An established builder with a strong reputation in delivering high-end multi-residential developments is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead a newly launched project in Sydney. This $50M–$100M apartment build will run over the next two years, offering stability and the opportunity to take full ownership from early works to handover.

About the Project:
• High-rise residential project (64–196 apartments)
• Brand new site with full support from in-house PM and CA teams

Your Responsibilities:
• Lead all on-site construction activities from groundworks to project completion
• Drive program milestones, quality assurance, and safety outcomes
• Coordinate trades, site logistics, and delivery schedules
• Liaise with consultants, engineers, and the client-side team to ensure buildability and program alignment
• Mentor Site Managers and Foremen on project delivery and compliance
• Oversee defect management, handover documentation, and practical completion

You Will Bring:
• 7–10+ years' experience as a Senior or standalone Site Manager
• Proven track record delivering apartment or mixed-use projects $50M+
• In-depth knowledge of BCA/NCC, WHS, QA, and construction programming
• Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills
• Proficiency in Procore, Aconex, Hammertech or similar platforms
