Project Manager
Design & Build Recruitment is searching for a Project Manager, who has the desire to work for a reputable and national modular builder. This client is a real favourite of Design & Builds due to the fact that they are making a real difference to those out in the community. Our clients prime focus is within social housing, education, and health.

The Role
We are seeking a driven Project Manager with expertise in both new builds and fitout projects. You will be involved in modular building relocation to site, site prep, building install, and fitout. There is a large amount of stakeholder and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of social housing, education, & health projects.
• Working closely with your team of contracts administrators, supervisors, & subcontractors.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with State Government departments.
• Fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Mix of office and site based requirements.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience managing construction projects, including both new build and fitout scopes.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
