About You:

1+ years of experience in a customer service role

Great personal presentation and a strong, friendly phone manner

Confidence using Microsoft Office and handling high-volume queries

A "can-do" attitude and a team mindset – no task too big or small

The ability to stay organised, calm, and clear when things get busy

Experience with CRM systems (training provided for our specific platforms)

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling monthly preventative maintenance and handling equipment breakdown appointments

Providing friendly and helpful support to our customers

Organising technicians' schedules, including managing calendars and emails

Assisting technicians with day-to-day admin tasks

Ordering and tracking stock for service and repair work

Preparing quotes and processing invoices for customers

Entering service history details accurately, and confidently using various platforms such as Office 365 Teams, our accounting system, and service database
