Membership Co-Ordinator / Clinical Receptionist

Location: Integrated Rehab Centre - Tewantin
Hours: 38 hours per week over 4 days

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and personable individual to join our Integrated Rehab Centre team Tewantin, in a dual capacity role. You'll primarily focus on membership sales while providing essential clinical reception support to ensure our facility runs smoothly and our clients receive exceptional service.

As a Full-Time Membership Co-Ordinator, you’ll work closely with the Practice Manager and a team of casual staff, supporting the day-to-day operations of the centre.

Key Responsibilities

Membership Co-Ordinator (Primary Focus)

Manage the full membership lifecycle, including onboarding new members, processing renewals, and maintaining accurate member records

Conduct facility tours and explain membership benefits and programs

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential members

Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and member interactions

Collaborate with clinical staff to understand member needs and appropriate programs

Clinical Reception Support

Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries

Schedule appointments and manage appointment systems

Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks

Maintain client confidentiality and follow privacy protocols

Assist with filing and general office duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare, medical setting or fitness/wellness settings.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders

Excellent time management and organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Proficient in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite

A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing high-quality care

A positive, friendly, and empathetic attitude

Experience in reception or administrative roles preferred but not essential
