- Provide administrative support and contribute to broader team initiatives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or client support role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
- Proactive and organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a solution-focused mindset.
