We’re currently seeking a qualified beauty therapist or someone with strong beauty industry experience to join our sales & customer service team.

The Role
As a Sales & Customer Service Officer, you’ll be one of the the friendly, knowledgeable faces and voices of our business, assisting walk-in customers, processing phone and email orders, managing stock, and ensuring the store remains professional, welcoming and well-organised.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert product advice and support to beauty industry professionals

Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and via email

Process sales and enquiries efficiently

Merchandise stock, manage inventory, and maintain clean, tidy displays

Maintain data integrity for products, customers and inventory

Assist with promotional campaigns and events

Uphold high standards of customer care

What We’re Looking For
✅ Beauty therapist qualification (or equivalent hands-on industry experience)
✅ Friendly, confident, and customer-focused
✅ Reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✅ Organised, adaptable, and able to manage time effectively
✅ Comfortable using computers and learning systems quickly
✅ A team player who takes pride in their work and workplace
