Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator with a passion for supporting operations and delivering excellent customer service? Join Kany Bidi as our new Administration Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring smooth job bookings, rostering, employee engagement, and customer communication.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will coordinate administrative processes from end to end, supporting both internal teams and external clients. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where accuracy, initiative, and communication are key.

Key Responsibilities
Manage job bookings, rostering of Traffic Controllers and equipment
Liaise with clients and respond to queries, ensuring timely resolution and service excellence
Manage employee availability and site requirements
Review and verify documentation such as Worksite Diaries and job packs
Investigate and escalate job issues and complaints from the field
Work closely with the Operations team to ensure employees have required skills and inductions for work
Support compliance and safety initiatives including the Life Saving Rules
Various data entry tasks
About You
Previous administration, coordination or logistics experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
High-level computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Customer-focused with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Knowledge of the traffic management industry is a bonus
