Senior Construction Manager – Greenfield Iron Ore | FIFO 2/1
12-Month Contract | $500M+ Pilbara Project | Up to $162/hr

We’re supporting a major greenfield iron ore development in the Pilbara and looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead the construction phase through to 2027.

With early works underway and a multi-year delivery program ahead, this is an opportunity to oversee a high-value project from the ground up — driving execution across primary crushing infrastructure, overland conveyors, NPI, water systems, roads, and village development.

The Opportunity

Lead full site construction delivery for a $500M+ project

Oversee a high-performing EPCM team across civil, SMP, and electrical scopes

FIFO from Perth on a 2/1 roster

12-month contract with strong continuity outlook

Up to $162/hr

Primary crushing and ROM pad

Overland conveyor systems

Power and comms infrastructure

Roads and drainage

Construction village and NPI

What We’re Looking For

Significant site-based experience on large mining or heavy industrial projects

Proven leadership in EPCM environments

Senior Site Executive (SSE) and Schedule 26 accreditation (or ability to obtain)

Strong focus on safety, quality, and delivery across all disciplines
