Ekror was established in 2018 as a Boutique multidisciplinary engineering consultancy firm specialising in BCA Compliance, Fire Safety and Building Services Engineering. We specialise in commercial/industrial building services upgrades and modifications and offer full turn-key solution from design to installation.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Building Services Engineering.

At least 4+ years post graduate experience, ideally in medium to large scale commercial buildings

Understanding of building compliance and fire safety ideal but not mandatory.

Competency with using CAD, Microsoft Office Applications, BlueBeam is required.

A willingness to gain experience across a diverse range of projects.

Tasks & responsibilities

Drafting engineering specifications and scope of works for building services upgrades, ranging from $20K to $5M in value.

Undertaking site inspections to determine defects or failure analysis and or design deficiencies.

Drafting technical specifications and tender documentation.

Project management of services upgrades, including defect reporting

Undertaking technical Due Diligence audits and reports.
