Are you passionate about creating inclusive workplaces for people with disability? We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead the Inclusive Employment Pathways program – a groundbreaking initiative that builds disability-responsive workplaces and shifts community attitudes.

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of the Inclusive Employment Pathways Project—an innovative initiative aimed at creating more inclusive, disability-responsive workplaces across New South Wales. This role involves end-to-end project management, including planning, stakeholder engagement, coordination of co-designed activities, and ensuring all milestones and outcomes are met. You’ll work directly with employers, people with disability, and community partners to drive systemic change and open pathways to meaningful employment, particularly for autistic people and others with disabilities. Key responsibilities include overseeing the Inclusive Employment Pathways Project, managing the Work Prep Connect and Career Explorer programs, and supervising daily operations at Somewhere Nice, our purpose-driven op shop and café. This highly collaborative role blends project management, workforce development, and leadership in a values-driven environment, with a strong focus on disability inclusion, co-design, and lived experience leadership.
