We're Hiring: Customer Service Manager (Full-Time) – Virginia, QLD

About the Role

As our new Customer Service Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our customer experience and operational support. You'll lead customer service and sales support, drive follow-ups and conversions, oversee product collections and goods received at our warehouse, and keep our books in good shape.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Virginia, Brisbane, reporting directly to the Company Directors.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

✅ Engaging with live leads via Dialpad, SalesIQ, and website cart abandonment
✅ Overseeing the customer service team and delivering exceptional support
✅ Coordinating customer collections and receiving supplier deliveries at the warehouse
✅ Managing CRM updates and sales pipeline reporting
✅ Leading re-engagement campaigns via SMS, email, and phone
✅ Performing bank reconciliations, AP/AR, and invoice management in Xero

We're Looking For Someone With:

Proven leadership experience in customer service or sales support

Background in FMCG, warehousing, or e-commerce (bonus if it’s liquor-related!)

Strong skills in Xero, WooCommerce, and CRM systems (Zoho preferred)

An organised and reliable approach to task management

Great communication skills – phone, email, and face-to-face

Ability to manage physical tasks in a warehouse setting
