Your new role
We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team here in Yatala. As the leader of the CS team, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service standards and sales growth across the business. As the main point of contact for customer enquiries you will be a hands-on leader, coordinating the day-to-day activities of the department and the team as well as leading by example by showcasing your exceptional customer service and sales skills. You will play a central role in business operations, leading with creativity, drive, and autonomy!
Key Responsibilities
· Manage a small team of customer service representatives & oversee the day-to-day operations of the department
· Complete HR tasks such as rostering, recruitment & performance evaluations
· Interact with customers via phone, written communication & face-to-face
· Manage escalated customer inquiries and complaints and implement effective resolutions
· Analyse customer experiences to identify opportunities for improvement
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across the business
· Foster a customer centric culture and a high-functioning, productive working environment which achieves KPI’s and drives business performance
About You
· Previous experience in a customer service leadership role
· Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
· Familiarity with eCommerce systems, distribution, and CRM platforms
· Excellent customer service skills and commitment to a customer centric model
· Strong administrative abilities and attention to detail
· Able to execute customer services enquires and tasks as needed, in addition to leading the team
· Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, drive change and deliver results
· Outstanding organizational and time management skills - with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
· Exceptional PC & typing skills
· Must be able to work weekends on occasion
