As they continue to grow, they are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Officer to become a permanent member of their finance team.

The Role:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end accounts receivable function. Your efforts will support strong cash flow management and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue accurate customer invoices
• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments
• Resolve billing and payment discrepancies promptly
• Liaise with internal departments to clarify and resolve customer queries
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular accounts receivable reports

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar finance role
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes and financial systems
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Navision is desirable
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage competing priorities effectively
