Your new role

In your new role, you will add value to the organisation through providing professional, accurate, confidential, and efficient payroll support whilst supporting the Finance Manager with key accounting duties. Your responsibilities will include:

Employment Hero maintenance and processing of fortnightly payroll for approximately 50 staff
Respond to internal and external stakeholder enquiries promptly
Assist with preparation of month-end and financial year-end reports as required
Ensure compliance with statutory and audit requirements as it pertains to payroll
Employee Onboarding/Offboarding processing and compliance
Support to wider finance team

What you'll need to succeed

As the successful candidate, you will have prior experience in a similar role, including the following skills and knowledge:

Full function payroll experience
Basic to intermediate level excel skills
Ability to solve problems with initiative
Ability to prioritise tasks and utilise effective organisational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
